its services, including diagnostics for blood, urine, and stool tests,
as well as a shop with referral links to products from third-party
sellers.
1.2. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other internal rules of the Site.
1.3. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Provision of Services
2.1. The Site provides users with the ability to enter
data from blood, urine, and stool tests and receive automated responses
from artificial intelligence.
2.2. One diagnostic is provided free of charge per month. Additional diagnostics are available for a fee.
2.3. The Site also contains a shop with referral links
to products from third-party sellers. The Site is not responsible for
the quality, safety, or delivery of goods purchased through such links.
3. Registration and User Account
3.1. To use all the services of the Site, registration and creation of a user account may be required.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the Site.
3.3. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all actions performed using your account.
4. Payment and Refund
4.1. Payment for additional diagnostics and products from the shop is made through payment systems integrated into the Site.
4.2. Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by law and the rules of the payment systems.

of the Site are the intellectual property of the Site owner or its
licensors.
5.2. Use of the Site’s materials without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Site provides diagnostic results for
informational purposes only and does not replace consultation with a
doctor or medical professional.
6.2. The Site owner is not responsible for the accuracy,
completeness, and reliability of diagnostic results or for the
consequences of their use.
6.3. The Site is not responsible for the quality,
safety, or timely delivery of goods purchased through referral links in
the shop.
7. Changes to the Terms
7.1. The Site owner reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
7.2. Users will be notified of any changes on the Site or via email.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
8.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
