service free of charge once per month to evaluate the quality and
convenience of our service. This allows you to test the service at no
risk and make an informed decision about purchasing.
2.1. Refund for Paid Diagnostic Services
Refunds for paid diagnostic services are possible only
for technical reasons related to the operation of our service. Such
reasons include:

example, not receiving test results, data processing errors, inability
to use the service due to website issues, etc.).

Lack of access to the service due to the fault

Note: Refunds are not provided for
reasons related to users’ personal circumstances, changes of mind

if the service was provided in full and without technical errors on the
