If you have any questions regarding returns, exchanges, or warranties for purchased products, please contact the store where the order was placed directly. We are not responsible for the return policies of third-party stores.

2. Paid Diagnostic Services (Blood, Urine, Stool Analysis)

Before making a payment, you may use our diagnostic service free of charge once per month to evaluate the quality and convenience of our service. This allows you to test the service at no risk and make an informed decision about purchasing.

2.1. Refund for Paid Diagnostic Services

Refunds for paid diagnostic services are possible only for technical reasons related to the operation of our service. Such reasons include:

  • Technical failures or errors that prevented the service from being provided or resulted in incorrect service (for example, not receiving test results, data processing errors, inability to use the service due to website issues, etc.).

  • Lack of access to the service due to the fault of the site administration, if payment was made but the service was not actually provided.

  • Violation of the deadlines for providing diagnostic results due to the fault of the service.

Note: Refunds are not provided for reasons related to users’ personal circumstances, changes of mind regarding the purchase, or dissatisfaction with the diagnostic results if the service was provided in full and without technical errors on the part of the service.

2.2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for diagnostic services, please contact our support team via the feedback form or by email. In your request, please indicate:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Description of the technical problem or reason for the refund

  • Order number (if payment was made)

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You have used the free diagnostic service and have not made a payment.

  • A refund is required for products purchased via referral links (please contact the seller directly).

  • The reason for the refund is not related to technical issues with the service.
